My name is Shawncie Carpenter.  I am a retired Air Force member that has over 30 years of Customer Service Experience and professionalism.  I am a commissioned Maryland notary, a National Notary Association Certified Loan signing agent as well as a licensed Title Producer Insurer Independent Contractor (TIPIC).
