I am a licensed Title Insurance Producer Independent Contractor (TIPIC) in the state of Maryland. I carry a $25,000 Errors & Omissions Policy. I am a Veteran Owned Business and a Service-Disabled veteran with access to all military installations. 

I have completed loan signing education through the Loan Signing System, Trusted Agent Services Group, and Signing Agent Advanced Training Program. I have also completed Notary Practices and Procedures notary training from Prince George's Community College. Having completed these certified training courses, I have a better understanding of loan and title documents and I can provide a more thorough description of the loan documents to signers.
