I carefully and meticulously go over each and every document to ensure signatures, dates, and initials are filled out completely, properly and legibly. I also triple check key documents, such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and the 1003 to ensure they are also properly filled out.

If, on the rare occasion, I do make a mistake, I will fix it ASAP and make doing so my top priority.

The documents will be returned promptly and on time as soon as the signing is complete, per my local FedEx drop off times.
