I have over 15 years of customer service. I have completed over 403 signings. I enjoy helping people. I am dependable and dedicated to serving others. My job is to make sure that I continue my education as a notary public so that I can ensure things are done properly. I will confirm appointment as soon as I am assigned. I will arrive 10 -15 minutes early to my appointments. I will ensure that documents are printed single side and on the correct size as formatted in the pdf file. I will make sure to provide a copy for the borrower at the time of the appointment. I will not give legal advice. I will not rush borrowers to sign. Once I witness the borrowers sign, I will follow by notarizing at the table. If scans are required, I will scan all documents at 300 dpi and save as pdf file. I will ship documents on time for the next business day delivery for all closings finished by 5:00 pm M-F and all closings finished by 2pm on Saturdays. I serve Knox County, Anderson County, Blount County and surrounding counties.
