It is my priority to provide the best possible borrower experience while providing error free and timely loan signings. I am aware that I may be the only person the borrower/seller meets during this transaction. I present myself professionally and am always on time to each appointment. I meticulously go over each and every document to ensure that signatures, dates, and initials are complete and all forms are filled out correctly. I also triple check key documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 to ensure they are completed correctly. I know the last pick up times and closing times for both FedEx and UPS in my city. I ensure that packages are dropped prior to the end of business. I never choose to do another appointment over making drops! I am very careful to never overbook myself, which allows me to provide the best possible customer experience, every time. I have a dual tray laser printer and scanner, allowing printing to be quick and I can send scan backs if requested. I also have my online notary public commission and can perform hybrid and online only signings, if needed. I am available 7 days a week, 9am-9pm. I look forward to serving you and your clients!
