From the moment I am assigned a signing, to downloading documents, to confirming appointments with signers I keep you posted. I make sure that I clearly understand the details given in the instructions from the color of ink to which documents/funds (ID’s if required) need to be collected from the signer. If any questions arise, that I am not able to answer, I quickly notify you so that the signing is successful and error free. Once my signing is complete, I quickly notify you before leaving the table. I make sure that I fax back/ship documents immediately and then provided you with a tracking number.
