My twenty-seven-plus years of excellent conventional and government underwriting experience; this experience has enabled me to provide growth in productivity and quality for the mortgage companies I have worked for in the industry.  I have been able to build mortgage divisions from the start specializing in technology set-up, working directly with vendors, and hiring and training products and operations staff, which has allowed me to work with all business channels: Wholesale, Correspondent (Retail), and Traditional Retail.  The above knowledge enables me to make sure I am putting the most astute efforts into making the customers' experience go smoothly giving them the best customer service possible.
