I began my career as a Notary for one of the largest financial institutions in North America more than ten years ago in the investments and licensing division. Since 2010, I have performed more than 5,000 Real Estate Closings and General Notary Work throughout the State of Texas. It is my passion to not only continue my business as a Closing Agent but to offer additional services to all that are in need of professional services.

I am Certified by the State of Texas to complete notarizations remotely (RON Certified) and in person within the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex Area and its’ surrounding counties. I am NNA Certified, a current NNA Member and Insured.

Aside from my extensive knowledge of my duties as a Notary and Closing Agent, my niche is creating a professional, comfortable and memorable setting for each client. The new reality for business owners is flexibility.

Booking services with Closings with Carnissa B. ensures that client’s request are met, their information is safeguarded and they are left knowledgeable of every document signed. In- office services are available as well as traveling service/mobile request. I can even complete transactions remotely. All the client need is a laptop, desktop or smartphone device for rendered services. After hour services and holiday services are available if booked in advance.
