I am a native of Colorado Springs, a dedicated wife of 28 years and mother of 3 young adults. I am NSA certified and have taken and completed the LSS course. I have done over 900 signings; refinances, purchases (buyer/seller), reverses, HELOCs, etc. The vast majority of my signings have been done for title directly but I also work with many signing services. I try to keep my work fresh, consistent, correct and complete! I read instructions on my signings and work very hard to make sure you don't have issues with the documents I complete for you and that they are dropped on time in order to get to you quickly! I have a BS in Software Development and an MS in Software Engineering. I am thorough, reliable and highly detail oriented. I enjoy helping others and love a challenge
