I am a notary for Colorado Springs (and surrounding counties). I am LSS trained and have done over 450 signings. I am well versed in loan documents and I am able to guild borrowers through their loan. I primarily do Refi's But I have done a few reverse mortgages, several Hybrids, modifications, and purchases. I am very aware of the mistakes that are commonly made by notaries and watch very carefully when going through the set. I make sure to check double check and triple check before sending off the document set.
