I am very knowledgeable, experienced, and proficient with the buyer/seller packages, including REFI’s, FHA’s, VA, HELOC’s, POA’s, PCOR's, loan applications, loan modifications, etc. I have $100,000 E&O insurance and know the importance of professionalism, time management, and accuracy when it comes to closing with a borrower. The necessary equipment (scanner, dual printer, and laptop) is ready to go as a full-time mobile notary with a flexible schedule and last-minute appointments.  Also, I’m available on holidays and weekends.
