I am dual commissioned in Idaho and Washington states. I cover northern Idaho and eastern Washington.  I have four years’ experience as a Notary Loan Signing Agent and have completed over 1500+ signings. These signings include, Mortgage Refinance, Seller, Buyer, HELOC, I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification, Reverse Mortgage Application, and Closings.  

I am Fidelity approved and have completed the TRID Compliance Certification.

I have studied and understand both Idaho and Washington states notary laws. To best prepare myself, I have completed the National Notary Association, NSA certification course and exam. I have also successfully completed the Loan Signing System Course.
