I am very detail oriented and knowledgeable.  Making sure that all signatures, dates, and initials are included where necessary.  Giving 110% of my effort to ensure that everything is done right is of great importance to me.  I also make sure to look for important key documents such as 1003 to make sure they are correctly filled out as well as the Notice of Right to Cancel.  I also know how to fill out a Trust Certification.

On the rare occasion that a signature, date, or initial be missing, I will stop what I'm doing and immediately tend to the issue and fix it for you and your borrowers.  I will fix mistakes, if any.

You will get your docs back as soon as possible.  I won't cause any funding issues as I am familiar with local FedEx locations and drop off times.  So as soon as the Signing is complete, you can rest assured that I will return the documents swiftly and on time.
