While working full-time as a Loan Signing Agent and a Mobile Notary, I specialize in refinances, loan applications, seller and buyer packages, mail-aways, split signings, power-of-attorney, homeowner benefit signings, home equity line of credit, e-Closings, eDocs, I-9 employment eligibility, adoption forms, and hybrid signings, etc. My primary goals are to ensure all signers have a positive quality experience by facilitating their closings professionally from beginning to end. All closings are executed with accuracy and integrity, as well as returned in an organized and timely fashion.

The counties I service are New Hanover, Pender, Onslow, Brunswick, Duplin, and Columbus. Currently, I carry $100,000 Errors and Omissions coverage with Merchants Bonding through the National Notary Association (NNA), NNA background check & certification, and Notary2Pro Loan Signing Agent certification. Additionally, I utilize a dual-tray printer, scanner and computer with secured Internet in my office, and in my vehicle allowing me the ability to print and scan documents while on the road.
