I am a Texas Notary Public and I've been commissoned since  April of 2018 and have been operating as a Loan Signing Agent since June of 2020 performing VA refinances and buyer/seller  purchase loan signings. I have extensive training with Heloc and Reverse mortgages and the knowledge to guide the borrower through their loan docments. I understand that although we are impartial, we don't have to be uneducated. The loan signing process can be a happy or a sad  experience for some borrowers, so i fully understand not to rush the borrower by point and sign here technique  without guiding them through their documents. As a loan signing agent i know that if i don't create trust with the borrower , that can make or break the signing experience. I want the borrowers to have more than just loan signing,  but a  comfortable experience and know that they can rely on me as their signing agent to make sure that all documents are signed, initialed and dated properly and if i can't answer their legal questions i can direct them to their lender.  Customer Service, professionalism, and punctuality is  key in this business. When i show up to my appointments  i represent not only the signing service but, the escrow officer and the title company,  so it is my job to be professionally dressed, be on time and execute the signing effectively and keep in communication at all times.
