I serve all 5 boroughs of NYC including the Bronx, Queens, Manhattan, Staten Island, and Brooklyn, as well as all of Long Island. Although I haven't been a signing agent for very long and don't have extensive experience, I believe that I make up for that with my extensive knowledge of the Loan Document process. I understand that all signatures, ID, and initials must be collected. I know that prioritizing FedEx drop off above scheduling other appointments has to happen. I'm never picky about appointment times and am more than willing to schedule appointments on the weekends. And lastly, I know that I can be that signing agent that you can routinely depend on, if given the opportunity.
