Hello! 

Thank you for visiting my profile page today. I would like to mention a few key details of my professional history and a few of my memorable accomplishments. 

I have been in the Management field for over twenty-five years. This is to include Office Management, HR Management and Property / Property Compliance Management.   

I have developed a keen eye for legal document details over the years and discovered I am exceptionally good at what I do. As I have learned the documents for loan signing, and how vital they are, I can assure you I am confident in my ability to provide a professional, compliant, and smooth process for the Contracting Companies and the Customers alike. 

My achievements over the years are to include the following to name a few. 

1. Receiving 100% on all my Federal, State, Investor and Asset Management audits. Audits that if the annual documentation, and processes were not followed and processed correctly could have resulted in all the above losing hundreds of thousands of dollars. 

2. Being honored at the Tampa Police Officers Ball in 2018 with an award presented by Mayor Bob Buckhorn and the Tampa Chief of Police for turning around crime filled communities and deterring criminals and their activities from returning. 

3. Commended by The Tampa Police Department and The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Department for asset tagging and recording over five thousand first responder radios and communications equipment for the 2012 Republican National Convention with no errors and in record time. 

4. High Recognition from the City of Fort Myers Code Enforcement to the CEO of the HACFM for my appointment to Area Property Manager of six large properties. Resolving more code issues in 3-4 months than they have seen in over five years.  

These are a few brief mentionable moments to show my professionalism, dedication, integrity, and commitment to my appointed assignments, customers, and community.
