I hold certification as a National Loan Signing Agent and the Loan Signing System (LSS) graduate. I completed over 1500 closing and hold a 98% error free record. I am favored to be a Preferred notary on many platforms and have been requested multiple times by private title companies.   I have developed and am proficient with advanced skills to complete loan signings and notary work such as Refi, FHA Loans, VA Loans, Reverse Mortgage, HELOC, Home Equity Loan, Property Sale, and Purchases. I manage to have good business relation with the people I meet. 

I take pride in providing outstanding service during the closing process and understand that I am representing the lenders, title companies, realtors, and escrow officers. I complete extra research and reading to keep myself informed and educated to be knowledgeable about the loan documents with current state and federal changes and requirement.  I will make sure all forms are filled out accurately, complete without missing signatures, initialed, and dated correctly. Documents such as the Property Transfer Affidavit, the Statement of information, Notice Right to Cancel,  the Trust Certification, Mortgage, The Note Quit Claim Deed, initials on the 1003 first page plus signatures on 5 pages depending on the form.  

I will prioritize returning the loan document package same day.  I am available early morning and late evenings for your service. I am very flexible, even on nights and weekends, and will extend myself to your last-minute bind. I take pride in being on time or communicating with the client if I am running behind. I make sure important documents are completed accurately by the borrower before leaving the appointment. I perform a triple-check for advance quality to avoid errors and missing signatures. If there is and Issue I get if fix ASAP. I invested in mobility unit with scanner anfd dual tray printer if there is a bind. I scan back immediately seal the document infront of the client for comfort and assurance the mail drop. Thank you
