I keep you in the loop I guide the borrower through their loan documents including any docs that need to be completed, checking for full loan document completion quadruple times. I understand the importance of accurately completing and checking crucial documents such as the 1003 and the NOTRC, and I make sure the Survey has signatures even when there are no signature lines, and that all Tax Documents are signed. Instructions from SS and Title are always printed, highlighted, and checked off for all Signings! I complete all notarizations, stamps, initials and signatures and I hunt for lines of missing information, boxes that need to be checked or lines completed by the Signers. 

I also provide Witnesses and and am sure to have them print their names as well. I know not just the final pick-up hours of all my FedEx and UPS locations but I know the staff names too! I understand the importance of timing, meeting crucial deadlines, and not making any errors so the loan funds on time and rate lock deadlines are met. Any errors/corrections are given the utmost urgency and priority and I drop what I am doing to correct immediately.

As a certified NNA Notary, commissioned with the Commonwealth of Virginia, I have completed training with 3 different organizations to ensure a solid foundation for the required skill set in this profession.  I love this business and enjoy being an asset to everyone involved in the transaction from Title to the Signing Service to Escrow to Realtors and to Lenders and to all the parties signing.  Levels of training include: Loan Signing Systems Advanced curriculum, Virginia State Loan Docs, Virginia State Notary course, ASN Notary course, and NNA Notary Essentials.
