I have retired from the State of Montana as a field income tax auditor.  I enjoy meeting new people and an not anxious about meeting with them on their turf.  I have just renewed my certificate and passed all the tests and continuing education.  I have performed HELOCs, reverses, purchases, sales and refinancing.  Montana is very rural so I have a Chevy Tahoe that will go up the mountains in inclement weather and get the job done.
