I am an experienced notary public with more than 20 years in the industry doing general notary works as well as preparing immigration forms and income taxes. Recently, I got my Signing Agent Certification and background screening from the National Notary Association. I am also a certified RON in the State of Florida doing general work notarization on Notarize platform. I have a Business Administration Degree from Saint Leo University. I would like to add that I am able to serve both Spanish and English speaker clients because I am fully bilingual.

As your Signing Agent, I will arrive to appointments on time and will contact the signer as soon as I receive the assignment. I will provide a client with a copy of the documents and will scan back as requested. As I understand the urgency and importance of the closing process, I will not rush or pressure the signers to sign any document nor will I give any legal advice or personal opinion on such a delicate matter. If signers have questions, I will advice them to call their lender or I will contact you, the signing agency to answer such questions.

In addition, I will drop documents at the specified carrier the same day for all closing finished by 6pm; otherwise, I will drop documents first time in the morning next day. From the moment I accept an assignment until it ends, I will stay in direct contact with your agency to keep you informed of the entire process.
