Hello:

My name is Stephen Howard from Orange County Vermont. I have enjoyed mobile notary signing work for over 18 years, covering the entire state performing notary services for signing companies, title companies, lenders and private individuals. With additional previous experience for over 8 years as a Vermont mortgage loan originator and broker as well as over 12 years as a Vermont Realtor I have been associated firmly in the real estate field for much of my professional life. Staying current with all the ongoing state and federal notary regulations, NNA and Code of Ethics is very important to me. Conducting myself professionally in all circumstances is my every day expectation of myself as well as providing excellent value to all my signing companies, lenders, other professionals and ultimately the signing individuals of course. 

I have also worked for over 18 years previously as an account manager for the Vermont energy efficiency utility and currently co-own a maple products LLC business with my wife. 

For notary assignments I close: refinances including 1st, seconds, HELOCS, Reverse Mortgages, purchases, sales packages, close at attorney and Realtor offices on occasion with all parties present, auto signings, IDs, all insurances up to date.  Never had any complaints filed and I am flexible with fees according to scope, scanning, location, package detail requirements, etc. I will do what it takes to close satisfactorily in a very pleasant manner! Excellent results are extremely important to me.
