I am a full-time Notary Public and certified Notary Signing Agent, bonded and background screened through the NNA, with a $1,000,000 E&O policy; based in Phoenix, Arizona's West Valley. I am experienced in notary services in the form of authenticating and witnessing the signature of closing documents related to the transfer, Sell, Purchase, and Refinance (Traditional and Reverse) packages for real property.  I also have experience in witnessing the signature of loan applications and collecting the supporting documentation. 

My hours are flexible to accommodate signings seven days a week in Maricopa and surrounding counties.  I have two dual tray laser printers and two mobile scanners. One scanner is utilized for buyer and refinance packages. The Second scanner is stored in my notary bag and is utilized to provide scanbacks for seller, cash buyer, loan applications, and serves as a backup scanner to the first scanner.  Upon completion of closing, the documents are reviewed with the client at the table to ensure every signature and initials were obtained. Scanbacks are provided immediately after closing.
