I'm a certified member of the National Notary Association and I have completed the National Association Background Screening requirement. I currently hold a $10,000 BOND and a $100,000 E & O policy. I'm a member of the Signing Agent Advanced Training Program and received 8 hours of training.  I also received extensive training from Notary 2 Notary and Coast 2 Coast Signings, Inc.  This training has provided me the knowledge of real estate documents that can be easily explained to signers. I have 7 years as an educator and 15 years as a real estate paralegal. These skills have taught me to be patient, people-focused, and an effective communicator for signers. My past experiences have also allowed me to be dependable, professional, and detailed oriented so signers can experience a smooth signing transaction.  I enjoy working with seniors or people with disabilities.
