Hi there! I’m Shay. I specialize in Loan Signing Services and Mobile Notary Services. I have been a Notary Public in a number of states since 2000. I have notarized all manner of documents over the years from DMV documents to full estate planning and real estate packages, and everything in between. For 12 years, I worked for lawfirms drafting, notarizing and facilitating the signing of estate planning documents, probate documents, real estate packages, Title XIX packages and various court documents, both on-site and mobile.  I have been a licensed Realtor in a number of states since 2011 and, therefore, am very comfortable with real estate documents. I have gone over countless closing packages with my buyer and seller clients and have attended many, many closings. I am an NNA Member and NNA Certified, Background Screened and trained. I am also TRID Certified; and for the convenience of our military members, I do have access to perform services on base.  I cover much of South East Virginia, Hampton Roads and neighboring cities including, but not limited to, Franklin County, Gloucester County, Hampton County, Isle Of Wight County, James County, Newport News County, Norfolk County, Northampton County, Portsmouth County, SouthamptonCounty, Suffolk County, Surry County, Sussex County, Virginia Beach County, York County.
