I am detail-oriented and meticulously review all my documents at least three times to ensure that the signature, initials, and dates are complete, legible, and properly filled out as we dont want anything to cause the loans to not be funded for the borrowers. I also check to make sure that the Notice to Cancel, 1003, and POCR are completed fully and correctly. No need to put more stress on title/escrow to get documents filled out that I can have done at the time of signing.

When it comes to mistakes, if they do occur as rarely as they do, I will stop what I am doing at that current moment and fix them ASAP. I want to make sure that things don't get held up in funding for our clients so I will get any mistakes corrected and resent asap.

Any documents once complete will be returned promptly and on time as soon as the signing is completed. I have taken the time to locate all drop-off locations and the business hours of all the FedEx and UPS locations around when I do services. I will also keep you informed on how things are going from beginning to end by reaching out to you through phone calls. So look forward to hearing from me often!
