And to NEVER EVER: - Will I arrive to appointments on time and will contact the signer if running late - I will not print docs double-sided - I will provide the signer(s) with a copy of the docs - I will scanback as requested - I will drop docs on time for next day delivery for all closing finished by 4pm - I will not rush or pressure the signers to sign or provide legal advise - I will notarize at the signing - I will notarize only if we witness the signer signing the documents
