I am a public servant with statewide jurisdiction who is authorized to take acknowledgments, protest instruments permitted by law to be protested (primarily negotiable instruments and bills and notes), administer oaths and affirmations, take depositions,  certify copies of documents not recordable in the public, general financial transactions, estates, deeds, powers-of-attorney.  take affidavits and statutory declarations, including from witnesses, take acknowledgments (e.g., of deeds and other conveyances); protest notes and bills of exchange and provide exemplifications and notarial copies.  I was a mortgage loan processor for the Bank of Omaha for 6 years.
