I have been a notary signing agent since early 2020. I believe you need to have certain skills to be a great loan signing agent. You need to be people oriented, you need to have the desire to get the job done, you need to be resourceful to work around tricky circumstances, and above all, you need to be able to be detail oriented and focused in the middle of sometimes chaotic situations to make sure you return your loan packets error free and in a timely manner. I believe I have worked on building all these skills and I am proud to say I consider myself en excellent notary signing agent.
