- Everyone's time is important. I arrive to my appointments on time. If by chance I am running late, I contact the borrow to let them know.

- Documents are printed on one side. Borrower's are provided a copy of the documents.

- All notarizations are done at the signing.

- I do not provide borrower's with legal advice.

-Documents are dropped at Fedex or UPS expeditiously.

-If scan backs are required, I can accommodate.
