I have been a Certified Signing Agent & Mobile Notary since Oct of 2001.  I am NNA certified and background checked.  I have knowledge of and have performed thousands of HELOC signings, Refinances, Purchase & Sale Signings, Reverse Mortgages, Modification signings, IPEN Signings and Commercial Purchases and Sales.  I am also proficient in I-9 signings both on paper and digitally.   I am registered with the State of Colorado to perform RON signings .  I have performed Debt Settlement signings and notarized Estate Planning documents as well.  I am certified with Amrock, BancServ & Fidelity National.  I am extremely organized, detail oriented and friendly.  I have a degree in Finance and International Business from the University of Colorado.
