I am a career-long corporate paralegal by day and a Certified Notary Loan Signing Agent as a side job.  I have completed nearly 300 transactions since May 2020 including refinances, sales/purchases, reverse mortgages, HELOCs, and other single-document transactions such as estate planning documentation, deeds, I-9s, etc.   I have taken and passed the Loan Signing System and NNA Exams.
