Almost 12 years ago, while at work, I was rear-ended by a coworker. Unfortunately, the injuries I sustained in the accident caused me to be permanently disabled. Due to my physical status, I lost my job after 26 years with the company. 

Fast forward, I'm proud to say I recently launched my business as an Independent Mobile Loan Signing Agent. I am reliable, efficient, productive, professional, and principled. That has always been me and always will be.

It's incredible to hear my wife and kids say they're proud of me for not allowing my physical restrictions to get in my way. Although my body may not have been willing, my mind and heart always had that "Never Say Die" attitude. My now 12-year-old son said to me; thanks, Papa, for always fighting for us!

Damn, ain't that the truth! Thanks be to God for giving me the strength to persevere and carry us through. To my wife Blanca, for being the woman you are and for standing by me through all the darkness we endured. To my kids for always believing and cheering for their Papa.

I have invested my efforts in developing my craft. As a result, I have attained two certificates, one with NNA and the other with LSS. In addition, although my business address is in South San Francisco, CA, I have transformed my vehicle into a fully functioning mobile office, complete with a high-speed dual-tray printer, a highly efficient scanner, and a mobile hotspot. 

Knowing full well time is always of the essence, an office on wheels allows me to deliver an entire closing package after each signing. For example, transmitting scan-backs immediately after each successful signing is feasible, as is receiving new orders and printing revised loan documents if required. Preparing for any situation will enable me to provide customers exceptional service as I cover 19 counties or, as I like to say, The Greater Bay Area. 

With that said, I am well-versed in California's current Notarial Laws. In addition, I know how to fill out a PCOR form correctly and the updated 1003 Uniform Residential Loan Application (SEC 1a. Joint Credit Applicants). I also can easily explain the Closing Disclosure Document or, for that matter, the entire loan package in either English or Spanish. 

Signing a closing package may be overwhelming for some customers. Therefore, I strive to effectively and efficiently guide clients through this process. Furthermore, I aim to create a pleasant experience for your clients, hence the name Easy Signings.
