I have retired after 30 years in brokerage firms which I feel has prepared me for the Loan Signing paperwork and the details involved.   I am certified with the NNA, including a full background check, and I carry $100k E&O insurance. I am available from  9am to 8pm, Monday through Saturday, and ready and willing to handle your loan signing appointments. Customer service, timeliness, and accuracy are the most important. If I make a mistake, I will fix it immediately with apologies. I have completed approximately 750 loan signings.
