After many years in the legal sector and working as an attorney and project manager in the real estate industry in the UK, and more recently a Legal Assistant / Analyst in the US, I decided to follow my passion and combine my legal experience and the love of real estate to become NNA Certified Notary Signing Agent (specializing in both mobile and remote online notarizations) for the State of Florida. I have a passion in helping my clients achieve their property goals and I take pride in assisting them through their loan signing process. Being able to guide my clients through complex documentation ensuring a prompt and smooth completion of the loan transaction brings me most satisfaction. 

Alongside my Notary business, I manage several rental properties and will shortly be obtaining a realtor license. 

I pride myself on my exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills, strong organization, clear communication and interpersonal skills with a dedicated and professional approach. My extensive work experience within the legal and real estate industries has given me the opportunity to acquire invaluable skills, most importantly: Quality Control , Data Analysis, Risk management, Compliance, Time management, and Client Fulfillment. These skills, coupled with my above mentioned personal attributes have formed a strong foundation for me to be a favorable notary, achieving best results for my clients. 

Outside work I enjoy keeping fit and playing tennis and was an assistant coach and business manager to my brother, Alex Bogdanovic, a tennis director at Westchase Community and a former professional tennis player.
