SAMANTHA DAWSON-WILLIAMS is the CEO of NoVA 24/7 Notary Services. She has been a Commissioned Notary Public for the State of Northern Virginia since 2016. Samantha is a U.S. Army Veteran and a military brat. Her parents transferred to Northern Virginia for their military service when Samantha was 7 years old and they decided to make Northern Virginia home after their service ended a few years later. Samantha spent her childhood in Warrenton, VA and later moved to Manassas, VA where she graduated with an Advanced Diploma from Osbourn High School in the year 2000. Samantha followed in her family's footsteps and joined the U.S. Army in 2000. She served for 4.5 years, serving two years in Ft. Huachuca, AZ at the DENTAC and Directorate of Information Management and two years in SHAPE/Chievres, Belgium as part of the 39th Signal Battalion. In 2005, Samantha honorably discharged and moved to Ft. Bragg, NC to live near her older sister and pursue a college education.  Samantha has a Bachelor's of Science degree in Information Technology (BSIT), University of Phoenix and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, Strayer University Samantha worked in the Information Technology field for 20 years, but real estate was always a passion of hers. After the birth of her third child, Samantha decided to change careers to real estate to pursue her dreams and have a more flexible schedule for her family. Samantha established NoVA 24/7 Notary Services in 2017. NoVA 24/7 Notary Services began as a company that only performed mobile notary services to clients throughout Northern Virginia.  NoVA 24/7 Notary Services later expanded to include loan closings a few months later and Samantha has been, primarily, performing loan closings ever since. Samantha has performed over 250+ successful loan closings.  Samantha received her training as a Closing Agent in 2017 from Mark Wills' exceptional training with the Loan Signing System.
