I am a certified loan signing agent and a Notary Public for the State of Michigan. I have been operating as a mobile notary performing refinancing loan signings in VA/FHA as well as general Notary Public duties in the Southeastern Michigan area. I pride myself in organization/communication skills as well as being equally efficient, reliable and dependable. My schedule is flexible which allows me to accommodate last minute signings. I accept signings via secure emailing and or pick up from the local area title companies. All docs are prepared and reviewed for accuracy prior to any signings and directly after. All loan signings are immediately retuned to their respective title companies via FedEx/UPS overnight along with any scan backs, emails, faxes that need be returned upon completion of the loan signing as directed.
