I thoroughly go over documents to ensure that signatures, dates and initials are complete and filled out how they need to be for loans to be processed in a timely manner. Documents like Notice of Right to Cancel, and the 1003 for instance get triple-checked to ensure everything is proper. If on the rare occasion, I make a mistake I will drop everything and fix it for you ASAP. I will return documents back to you as soon as possible in the most prompt and professional manner possible. I am up to date with FedEx drop off times and I will always keep you informed what the status of the documents are in being returned. I will communicate with all relevant parties (escrow officer, loan officer, etc.) when I show up to the signing and when it's completed. Every signing is important. It's crucial that whomever is signing documents has the best experience possible. It's imperative that I am the best impartial representative imaginable.
