I am a professional. I owned and operated my own businesses for more than 40 years. Being a Notary is a retirement gig (the wife got tired of seeing me relaxing around the house). I love meeting new people and helping them refinance their mortgage (if it wasn't beneficial to them, they wouldn't do it!). I am totally familiar with the process as I have been a Notary Signing Agent since 2007. I have completed 1000's of closings all with excellent ratings.
