My name is Mirlene Richard. I am the Owner/Founder of VERA Consulting Group, LLC. I became commissioned by the State of New York as a licensed Notary Public. 

I am an alumna graduate student of Sage College. I obtained my Master’s Degree in Organizational Management graduated in December 2011, Bachelor of Science degree graduated in 2007. I am also Certified Project Management-Lean Process (PM-LPC), Six Sigma Green Belt Certified (SSGBC), and Executive Management Certified (EM-C).

I am also bilingual, fluent in Haitian Creole. I am a proud member of the National Notary Association and American Society of Notaries and insured of $1,000,000 of E&O insurance coverage.
