I have been in the business for 25 years  for 13 of those years I was an escrow officer this last 12 years I been a mobile notary exclusively. I have closed well over 8,000 loans in my career. I am up to date with all the new requirements as a notary.  I have experience with every type of loan including FHA, VA, REO, Reverse Mortgages, and standard purchase and refinances. I carry E&O Insurance for $100,000.00. I cover Medina, Summit, Stark, Lorain, Ashland, Cuyahoga and Wayne Counties and others if the fee covers the distance. I would be happy to close your loan any day of the week anytime between Monday-Saturday 9am till 9pm.
