 I will walk your signers through all of  the important docs: the Closing Statement, Note, DOT, 1st Payment Letter and CD.  I always make sure that the borrower initials any date corrections to the Notice of Right to Cancel or if the lines are blank, I'll have the borrower fill in the dates themselves, extremely neatly and initial.

Understanding that "Time is of the Essence" with Seller/Buyer packages, I will deliver these back to you as quickly as humanly possible.

All of the forms will come back completely filled out, whether that be the PCOR, Statement of Information, Trust Certification or Disbursement of Proceeds. I will ensure that the Preliminary Title Report, Payoff Statements and tax return documents are acknowledged with signatures from all parties.
