I obtained my commission in October 2013 and have notarized many residential and commercial loan transactions from several hundred thousand to tens of millions. As a day job I am involved in commercial real estate development, specializing primarily in retail shopping centers. I also am skilled with industrial and office transaction.. I am very familiar with all of the documents affiliated with loan signings and have a unique, empathetic perspective as someone who frequently sides on the transaction.
