Let me guide your borrower through a great signing experience.  I am detail oriented with the heart and patience of a teacher.  I will triple check each document for signatures, dates, and initials to ensure that they are complete and properly filled out. I pay extra attention to documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003.  If on the rare occasion a mistake is made, I will stop what I am doing and fix it for you ASAP.  

Understanding the importance of time constraints, the documents will be returned promptly and on time as soon as the singing is complete.  I will keep you informed throughout the whole process and I know all local FedEX drop off times in my community.
