I have been a Notary Signing Agent since 2005 and I have experience closing purchases, refinances, lines of credit, loan modifications, commercial loans and reverse mortgages. I stay up to date on the notary laws here in California and I always do drop off documents directly with Fedex and ups, I don't use drop boxes, if I make a mistake or miss a signature, because no one is perfect I will go back and get it fixed and sent back immediately. I love my work.
