I am a professional and very pleasant person and I always do my best to make the signer happy when they're signing.( happy signer, happy client). If they have questions other than the numbers found in the docs, I will not hesitate to suggest to them to call either the lender or the title officer even if signing will take a little longer. Most importantly all must be dated, initialed and signed. I will FedEx or hand deliver the documents in the soonest possible time.
