I was a Realtor in Santa Barbara, Ca. for 18 years before moving to the Reno/Sparks area in Nevada. I still hold a valid Real Estate License with the Company I was employed thru in California in their Referral Division. I am familiar with most loans as I worked on them with my clients during their loan signings while purchasing real estate. Since becoming a Notary Signing Agent I feel that I am able to provide a degree of comfort and professionalism with signers during the document signing process because of my years in Real Estate. Living in the Reno/Sparks area of Nevada, I prefer to do loan signings in those locations.
