Hello, My name is Leilani Acosta-Scholtz. I am a new Notary Public and Loan Signing agent. I reside in Boca Raton, FL, serving Palm Beach, Martin and Broward Counties. I am flexible and available 24/7 including holidays and emergencies are welcomed. I am excited to gain experience as a general notary public and as a loan signing agent. I am a detail oriented individual with good communications skills. I work with integrity and professionalism, while I am punctual, kind, patient and compassionate. I believe I am well educated and trust my training from the Loan Signing Systems course to do a good job and ready to execute my skills while continuing to further my education, cause you're never too smart or too old to learn. I hold a certification with National Notary Association and Loan Signing Systems including passing my background check and carry E&O policy of 100K. I understand the importance of Loan documents and will execute my job efficiently, will follow instructions and pay attention to details, making sure all initials, signatures, notary stamps and dates are not missed. If I make any mistakes (I hope not too) I will make it my priority and responsibility to correct the documents asap. I am willing to do what it takes to gain experience and be an amazing General Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent. My home office houses a smartphone, mac pro computer, a Brother dual tray laser printer, an Epson scanner and all the notary essentials needed to perform my duties. I aim to provide excellent work, be a good communicator, and take my time to provide a great experience with the client/signer. I understand the importance of loan documents, scan backs and communicating with the signing service companies. I wont be perfect, but I expect do my best.
