*~*COVID 19 Update*~* I am still operating as usual. To ensure the safety of the borrowers in my presence, before each appointment I inform the borrowers that I have not been sick, and also do the following for each appointment: 1. Wear a Mask 2.Sanitize my hands before beginning in front of the borrowers 3. Give each borrower a new unused pen which is theirs to keep 4. Wear a rubber finger tip guard to turn pages 5. Sanitize hands when signing complete 

~*~Ways that I bring value/Reasons that I LOVE being a Notary Loan Signing Agent: - I use my customer service skills in order to make the borrowers feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire transaction with me. - I take full responsibility in making sure that documents are completely signed, initialed, and filled out and returned in a timely manner. If you are local, I will return docs to your office instead of shipping. - I do not take an assignment if I am going out of town during the recession period of the documents. In the event of a mistake, I am available immediately to take care of the issue. -Open to change. I know that this industry changes constantly, I am willing accommodate any changes without complaint.
