I was commissioned in June 2021 and hit the ground running. I went through the Loan Signing System program and found it very informative and helpful. I have completed Refinance, Loan Modifications, HELOCS, Loan Applications, Purchases, and Sellers documents. The only thing I have not done that I would appreciate an opportunity is a commercial loan.

I also offer serve as a a Transaction Coordinator for some local title companies.  And I offer legal courier services including Deed Records and Transfer Tax Stamps.
